After you have contacted us through our online contact form, we will arrange to meet you for an initial consultation. Don't worry, this is all very informal and we promise to keep the technical jargon to a minimum! It just gives us a chance to introduce ourselves, sit down with you to learn about your business, understand the issues and challenges you are facing and what you would like Jigsaw Computing to provide for you. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease. Our aim is to build a strong business relationship with you and eke out all the important pieces of specialist knowledge about your business so that we can devise a tailored solution for you.
We will assess your requirements

After the initial consultation, we will review your requirements and make sure we fully understand what you are looking to achieve. It may be necessary to contact you again to fill any gaps or missing detail but this is rare. We will then document your requirements and produce a proposal detailing solutions, the options available and recommendations with a costing and approximate timescales for each. We will then send you the proposal to review and consider your options. In addition to IT Support, Web Design and Development, we also offer Web Hosting, Marketing Solutions, S.E.O and Social Media services at competitive rates.
Provide Solution and ongoing support

Once we have agreed on a solution with you, we don't just disappear into the abyss - We are there for you to provide ongoing support, training and further development if required.
